Core Clothing Refund & Return Policy

At Core Clothing, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.

  • Customers must share clear pictures/videos of the product immediately after receiving the parcel if there is any issue such as damage, wrong size, wrong item, or defect.

  • The product must be returned with complete original packing.

Returns without tags, proper packaging, or proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Products damaged after use

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures/videos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Once approved, our team will provide the return address and further instructions.

Please do not send any item back without confirmation from our support team.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method where applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product/size was delivered.
